I have installed this plugin for my travel website .My all other forms are working fine when created with contact form 7 but I am not receiving any mails related to Wp travel plugin when adding item to the card and using the forget password function.I have tried using SMTP plugin but still not receiving any mails regarding booking.

I still not find any solution regarding this . My other mails are receiving but WP travel reset password mail and itinerary mails are not working , even not receiving a mail after creating an account And When I try to book a travel package without configuring payment gateway yet.But it shows :
Your Item has been added but the email could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.
I have tried using WP SMTP plugin but still not receiving any mail related to WP Travel Plugin. SMTP test mail working.

All emails are working (booking, payment, etc) except the enquiry. Kindly help me out.

Actually, when we inspected the issue you have reported in our side, everything is fine regarding receiving email as you can see in screenshot below:
So, please make sure that you have added the email in enquiry email template section to receive the email related to enquiry message by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Email > Email Templates > Enquiry Email Templates as shown in screenshot below:
Also, if the email has been added then please once verify the email you have added is correct or not by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Email > Email Templates > Enquiry Email Templates

first of all, your screenshots are not working.
And the problem is only with the enquiry email. i’ve added a gmail address. i’m getting the new booking emails but not enquiry emails. i’ve tested alot. Therefore, i bought the utilities addon and added multiple emails and i came to know that the enquiry email is only sent to the email ID of my domain. Enquiry email is not sending to the other gmail or hotmail ID.
Can you please help me out here. I bought the utilites addon just to add multiple emails in enquiry Tab. New booking email is coming to my gmail account. Therefore, i cant understand why the enquiry email is not coming to my gmail account.

But i cant understand why i need to setup SMTP for gmail.
I’m getting booking emails on gmail account. Why do i need to configure it for enquiry email while new booking email are working flawlessly without any trouble whether i use gmail or hotmail account.

Actually, when we inspected in your site using test gmail account for booking as well as enquiry, we receive no mail for enquiry as well as booking. So, can you please provide us with screen record regarding receiving booking email in gmail account?
